Those moto carriers are a great idea. I've seen them but never got to use one, I always just used the small trailer.
If your transmission output shaft is splashing around the oil, it should not be problem. But it may not be good if you have a dry sump oil system? Dropping the chain for transport would solve all that...and reduce drag too
