Here it is, Frank. Minnesota Statutes section 171.04, subdivision 1(10) (2012) says

and Minnesota Statutes section 171.14(a)(4) (2012) says

171.14 CANCELLATION.
(a) The commissioner may cancel any driver's license upon determination that (4) the person, at the time of the cancellation, would not have been entitled to receive a license under section 171.04
