I found sunny tires from ebay are a good replacement choice for 165/70/13. They balance great and are quieter & better wet traction then sumitomo. I pumped mine up to 42psi and mileage has not dropped from the sumitomos I had. Plus,mounted an balanced only cost $225 set of 4.
