is it 2wd or 4wd? how long has this been going on for? has it stayed the same since it started or gradually gotten worse?
tires were the first thing i thought of but it sounds like you covered those. if there are CVs, i would inspect those next. look for obvious damage like tears in the boots. then i would check all the wheel bearings. jack up each corner and spin the wheel, listening for growling, clunking, etc. while the you have wheel up, push/pull on it to check for play.
