wholeheartedly agree. Switching to diet sodas alone saved me prolly close to 500 calories a day, lol. I came up with a theory for food. Food is basically just fuel for your body (in the form of caloric energy). You wouldn't fill up your car with poor quality fuel that will damage and clog your system, so why do it to your body? Also, you only fill your gas tank with what's needed, you don't overfill it and waste the fuel by spraying it all over and dumping it on the ground, so why overfill your body wastefully? You also wouldn't just fill up your tank and let the gas sit in it unused for months on end, putrefying and rotting, so why not burn off that caloric energy you have stored up in your fat cells? It's interesting when you take a step back and look at your body objectively.
