Flywheel machining - need help

I'm unable to find a reasonably priced machine shop thanks to the oil/gas industry out here in PA...

I'm building a diesel swap for my Festiva, and need the Mazda flywheel that comes with the car OE milled to fit on the new crankshaft. I can mark the surfaces of the flywheel that need to be milled/bored and I need a new pattern drilled in between the existing holes.

I do not have access to a mill, lathe, or any other metal working tools of that sort, just a drill press and a grinder motor, and I'm at the point where I'm tempted to attach the flywheel to a grinder motor and hold a file against it to work the areas I need to work.

I'm willing to sacrifice a file to this, despite my love of files.

Would anyone near me be willing to lend a hand to help a project progress? I can't pay much, which is really the problem here... but I have plenty of parts, I can do work, I can bring beer, or I can just hang out and chat... whatever you prefer.
