Reason is related only to Finnish/eu laws and my money situation. Project will come alive propably summer 2015 better, faster and ofcourse more efficient. I can propably get custom approval but it costs money which I dont have at the moment.

Also weather starts to be cold in this summer so I cannot drive far from home as windows will begin to get mist on the evening which aint nice.

And most people think its only possible to reach these insane fuel consumption numbers with small stripped car, but that thing will be proven wrong in my next project as the next car will be Audi A8 b2. On lupo I proved that its possible to improve 33% of the bast fuel efficiency vehicle now its time to prove you can get 50% improvements on the Audi.
