No bondo- just primer, primer, primer, paint, paint, paint over the foam. Suppose you could bondo if you wanted to. Mirror is store-bought. You don't need to adjust it due to the wide field of view. Besides, it's spherical so turning it does nothing.

Remember if you use urethane foam that 10# will be easiest to work with. If you use 20# foam, you'll be sanding until next year.
