That would be the 'candy store' experience for many.
For AutoWeek Magazine,Paul MacCready made mention that SolarRaycer,with a modest I.C.power-plant and drivetrain,would be capable of 400 mpg at normal highway velocity.
This was some of the grist which led me to the 'Template.'
One just doesn't ignore numbers like that!
