Is that a question?

The question was do the US made and programed PCMs stop all improvements in MPG?

Are they programed to spoil any thing over say 30MPG?

That was my original question, I was hoping that a site researching MPG for over 5 years I have know of it would have done more research than aerodynamics and coasting, I was wrong.
