HYPERCRUZER Badges

As a Cruze owner I spend quite a bit of time on the CruzeTalk forum. A few members decided to put together a badge recognition for those members who demonstrate the ability to exceed the car's EPA highway rated cruising range on one tank of fuel, OR consistently exceed the EPA MPG rating over several tanks of fuel.

I finally was able to get my GOLD level badge this weekend after hypermiling my Cruze Eco to over 60 MPG for an entire tank of fuel, most of which was during daily driving, though with a modified route that exagerated the most efficient part of my commute. My regular driving in good weather has been around 50 MPG in normal driving.

Just thought some of you might find it interesting what some car forums are doing to promote higher fuel economy driving.
