At its simplest, just read the 0-5V across the signal and earth. If you want to make it more sophisticated, use a voltage divider (resistor) circuit and a 200mV LCD screen to convert the reading into units meaningful to you.

Considering the way a vacuum gauge is used, I think I'd be better of using a gauge for easier visuals (needle moved a little vs. numbers bouncing slightly) just seems easier to have a dial and needle.
Stopped at PepBoys this afternoon to see what they have. Plenty of vac/boost gauges but I want a 270* sweep vac so that subtle changes are easier to see. Asked the counter guy who was super nice and looked up that they can get. He found a Sunpro gauge for $24.99 but when he rang me up it only cost $19.99 because that is what Advance Auto sells it for
. So $20 and I'll have a vac gauge on Monday, I'm happy. Here's hoping it helps my driving technique...
