I had made one before just to see if it worked and it did by my rough calculations about 1 to 1.5 mpg better. I wanted to make something a little more permanent and cleaner looking and this is what I came up with its a sign from my work not sure exactly what the material is but its light and durable I used this to make wheel covers months ago and they are still holding up great.
