At my best, when I was riding my bike 40 miles per day 4-5 days per week, I was down to around 170lbs. Once I started college I started drinking and got a desk job and I got up to 220lbs, which was the heaviest I've ever been (and ever hope to be). Since starting to commute to work on my bike I've dropped down to 208lbs yesterday when I checked the scale, but I need to do a little more if I ever hope to drop back down to my target of 180lbs.
