The concept seems to be that the vapors from the blubber is cracked into hydrogen.

If one keeps the theory abstract "Utilizing waste heat, to pre-digest petrol for greater efficiency", then I think it makes some sense.

I still don't know how to disprove this, or get it out of my head.
Explosions and CO risks makes me not want to attempt this myself though.
