Set a deal on a swamp-cooler today
Installing an A/C in my apartment would be quite expensive, not just due to the cost of one but also due to the need to open holes in a wall and to get a 220V outlet (standard in my hometown is 127V). With the summer coming in the South hemisphere, and my hometown having quite a dry weather, a swamp-cooler for less than half the price of a split-type A/C and the lower electric power consumption still cheaper than the expense with water, it seems like the best deal I could get.
