The car I liked most was the 1985 Honda Integra:
Because it was practical, yet out of the ordinary; a car that you could actually own, and in fact I nearly did.
My dad was looking for a new car from dozens of types he liked, and as he was dropping cars from is list abd the Integra (which was my favorite from the start) stayed on it my hopes were raised... but in the end he bought this:
I thought he was mad!
But I had to admit the little Civic was roomier inside than our old Renault 18, save for the boot of course. And when 7 years later I took it over the low cost and good economy and handling were very welcome. The Civic is gone now, I still miss it sometimes. Yet to think it could have been an Integra!
