You don't have much to lose by flipping the rocker arms around. you might have to remove the rockers completely off the rocker shaft. Go for it. It won't fill up with oil cause it will squirt out the chip. I did the 77 accord, but that was a different engine. probably want to do both intake and exhaust, otherwise it will be pulling a suction. You want an air spring.
