How do you evaluate the risk/reward here? At night I run the lights and everything with the engine off, and need to be able to start reliably if I am at a stop. As well winter is coming. The extra battery weight helps me glide a little farther/faster too. How does this ever pay for itself and how often does it leave an EOCer (or regular user) stranded in the process?
