Neighbor rides a school bus every week day he and the driver haul handicapped kids to school. The bus driver, a veteran of 27 years has no lower right leg from above the kneecap.

The state tests her regularly and she passes that test using her good left leg for braking.

That's a lot more legal than coasting in neutral.

As far as the wise comment about brake dragging. Sold my VX with 62k miles, bought it with 27k. Front pads were original and after 15 years and 62k miles they were still above 50% and I did not even drive the car for the first 27.5k miles.

I hope all of you can "drag" your brakes that well.
