IDK (I DO KNOW) YET
Beside youtube and audio vehicles with ultracaps trying to sort the risk/reward out..........................................

This I do know

Most vehicle 12 volt battery are 12.60 to 12.70 range before the vehicle is started.

When vehicle is started most vehicle voltage reads 13.60 to 13.80

Mazda that have skyactive some have ultra caps which makes the vehicle 12 volt system more efficent.

You can clearly start a vehicle and some use this as alternative

Battery work more effectively under a constant current

capacitors smooth some voltage spikes and ripple effect
