Correct spelling is Kenguru. I went to a similar link-- Alibaba, selling this vehicle as Kangaroo, but did a Google search for that company and came across links to Kenguru:

A few photos are on the above site and I think they have more but I did not click those links. The one I saw was red and had a steering wheel but I think that was an option of motorcycle handlebars.
