Tomorrow I intend start to fabricate the grill blocks for my car. I plan to use a sheet of thin durable plastic (snow sled) on which I will be gluing basic black vinyl upholstery fabric.

I intend to install it in the three ports using capped countersunk screws through to the back of the grill utilizing another piece of plastic with washers and wing nuts for easy removal.

I am convinced that it will look nearly professional and stylish, AKA (inconspicuous)

I will generate a report on effort, costs and pictures after it is done.
