The extra lumps and bumps, coupled with the Coke bottle wasp waist, probably detract from aerodynamic efficiency, needlessly reducing the cabin volume and side-impact crush zone into the bargain. The contours cause more movement of air than needed, so probably add drag.
This car appears to be more a styling exercise than good aerodynamic design. Its phallic shape would probably appeal to those more endowed with money than size, in a compensatory sorta way.
