They're very different beasts. Aside from the whole rwd v. front wheel drive; yours is a "whiteblock" 5 cylinder dohc all aluminum, the 240 is a 4 clyinder sohc, iron block "redblock". I've owned both, while you can see the a similar design philosophy, they're very, very different.
