Finally Finished (only took 9 months)

I turned on the lathe a Tee fitting with 2 barbs and an 1/8 NPT hole from a rectangular piece of scrap aluminum using a 4 jaw chuck. Took about 2 hours (most the time I was looking for the tools) to complete. Next Day I installed it within 30 minutes. I haven't Driven since I turned the Tee fitting, but there isn't any vacuum leaks from just starting the car for a minute and the gauge responds very quickly.

Used 8.9mm fuel line to connect Tee to Manifold. The original connection was a hard plastic tube in a foam sleeve.
