A throttle body would work great, and you are right, they would be cheap at a junk yard. I love this place!! No matter what you do someone will improve on it! Mine has a temp sensor in the filter box, that way I can see my adjustments in real time. The whole system needs tweaking. It worked great in the summer, but I can't get it over 80f now. My dad runs this setup on a crx hf and a VX and claims the ideal range is 110-130f. Anything over 150 causes major power loss
