Tire size suggestions please.

So my car stock has 195/70 14 I bought Honda Civic Hybrid rims same bolt pattern they are 15s same width and lighter since they are aluminum. So the stock size on that rim is 195/65 15 which is only .3 inches taller I'm thinking that's not enough of a difference to notice a difference in mpg so 195/70 15 is almost non existent next logical choice is 205/65 15 which is .8 inches taller but I've also gained some width which I really didn't want to do. Any ideas? Suggestions? Definitely want to go with a LRR tire either way. Thanks for any input
