Actually, as much as I want to pull the bull $#%!-o-meter out on this one. I can almost believe it. If you see he uses E85 for one, which does have a lower power output using conventional means of combustion, but there may be some way of causing it to react in the cylinder that has yet been explored that he is using (I just pulled that one out of my butt, so I could be wrong). Another thing that I know of is that there is something that some prototype engines have been playing with using magnetically actuated valves for the pistons which would open up the possibility of a cam-less engine that could have some significant efficiency advantages over typical engines today.
