It weighs them down, as C14 is heavier that C12. Sharks are heavier than their environment anyway and need to swim to stay afloat. This just makes it 0.000000000000001 % harder on them.
But it is very unlikely that the minute amount of C14 is causing them to have health issues, that was not what I meant by 'having an effect'. The radiation it causes would be completely indistinguishable.
