More experienced and educated members may have conflicting information to this, but something that seems simple is:

For cars, the underbody is a very rough spot. Increasing frontal area isn't good, but is better than letting more air get underneath the car. So a total underbody will be best for MPG. You are not going for MPG, you want the looks- underbody is all MPG, no looks.

The body kit (providing there are no parachutes) should reduce air underneath, helping MPG.

This kit blocking that big opening should benefit from the reduced air underneath. Less ground clearance, but it shouldn't be catching the air, rather it should be going around it (above, sides, with the lip little should be doing underneath).

unmodified would just be a big parachute. More frontal area hitting the wind, and more air being disrupted and moving into those openings. Drag city.

Edit:
Just a quick search didn't show too much option wise, for "95 camry bodykit." If this front end could have the parachutes blocked, which is really easy, it wouldn't seem too bad.


Check out this link, and the matching thread, and you will see. I did it with my original GT bumped before I had the Roush one installed.

Instructions are in there, but it is pretty easy to fill the openings, make them solid, treat it, paint, and you'll be solid. And if the bumper/car needs to be painted, then the mods can be painted while it's on.
