New truck, what to buy?

We are beginning to look for a new truck to replace our 2003 Tundra and I thought I would check with the knowledgeable people here, to get your opinions of what the best vehicle would be.
Needs; we have to have four wheel drive as the " ranch " property is four miles up a steep road with a small river crossing. We tow a 5000 pound RV camp trailer in the mountains, and a small tractor on a 14' tandem axle equipment trailer. My better half will only ride in a vehicle she is proud to be seen in, so my idea of restoring a Willys FC 170 will not fly...darn it!
I really like the Isuzu UTE from Australia but the wrong side drive and import issues make that not feasible, same with the Toyota 70 series from down under. I am looking for the best milage obviously, but reliability is foremost and the smaller the better so it will fit in the garage. I have looked at the common US trucks and even some crossover Hybrids, but they don't have a large enough towing capacity. I am open to new or lightly used and willing to travel to get something good and we are not in a hurry to find it.
SO, does anyone have any good ideas?
THANKS!
