agree snow makes parking orderly between lines almost impossiable. When lines are clear what is the excuse. parking in cities will always be at a premium. My drive at home is big enough for a minimun of three. coaches. now we always park neat on our drive but visitors just dump car any old how. Even blocking in our two vehicles. have asked them to move them so i can go to work. maybe parking neatly should be part of driving test so no more excuses.
