Back in the 70's the Philly parking enforcement used cameras to identify violators. Trouble was people from the other end of the state were getting parking tickets. The poodoo really hit the fan when the mayor of Pittsburgh got a bogus parking ticket. We drive a silver Dodge Caravan and it is always a treat finding the right one in the parking lot. Imagine if the people who have the same make and color of car decided to swap license plates for a few days at a time
