Nothing can be done to stop this. You have no reasonable expectation of privacy for what can be viewed from a legal vantage point (tracking included). REP is nearly zero with vehicles.
This is a peeve of mine, so I'll stop it right here before it turns into a complete rant about it (or sucked into the whole drones, public vantage point, curtilage, and the line between heaven and hell side topic).
