The last picture is a schematic diagram of the boat tail envelope deflated and storing into,or against the back of the car.
The flow lines are depicted for it's 'deployed' configuration above,and for it's 'stowed' configuration 3rd from the bottom.
The 3rd from bottom and last car would be about Cd 0.25.
The 2nd from bottom would be lower.
