Both Impact and EV1 were reported at Cd 0.19.
Later,during wind tunnel development of the 1999 PNGV 'Precept' concept,GM's team leader reported the EV1 at Cd 0.197.All along there were 'points' never mentioned.
And GM has down-graded their previously published Cds,so it's very difficult to make anything of their quanta.Too bad!
