Still working on it. Here is my e-mail I just sent to my adjuster, with asterisks for removed personal information.
"*,
Today I am picking up the records for my replacement Honda Hybrid Battery pack, and new tires.
Reviewing what you sent, I noticed my vehicle is valued at $3,625.00. I do understand that there is paint on the vehicle, but it is not clear what else makes up the $723.74, since a rag and container of mineral spirits or a credit card will clear up the Plasti Dip on the side.
Regarding the value, I see that Comp. Vehicle 1 is valued at $3,832- yet mine has over 30,000 less miles on it, overdrive, Air conditioning, the full climate control, reclining/lounge seats, and the three stage paint. I also noted this does not account for the premium sound system in it with two additional rear speakers, the six cd changer, and the sound system head unit has been replaced. I am not so worried about the head unit, as that was only $60, but it is not something I want to forget.
I will be sending in the documentation from * Honda in * when I pick up the paper work this afternoon.
Sincerely,
