I favor the SG II over the UG for 2 main reasons
1. COMPACT HEIGHT-SG II is more compact & fit's nicely on top of the steering column w/o blocking the OEM gauges.
2. UG NOT DETACHABLE- SG II is easily detachable, so easy to hide when parking in areas where I like keeping everything out of sight.
