I'm sure Aerohead can correct any mistakes I'm about to make, but my understanding is that you don't have to worry too much about things less than 30 mph, and +30 mph acts very much like 200 mph.
If I'm not mistaken I think the air is moved at around 62.5 mph or 100 km/h for most tests.
