Screws from underneath. And a few carriage bolts for extra strength. I can push snow around with it.
Other factors were involved, so I can't say for sure, but it seemed to give me about 5 MPG at around 55-65 MPH on highway trips. And that's compared to an airdam I had on it before. I barely believe the results myself.
