Sitting in the drivers seat, I can see the garage door down to 10 inches from the floor 19 feet in front of the vehicle. The seat will go up slightly when it is mounted to brackets so the tracks will work. It will also have some padding added. It's tight for my 6 feet and I need to wear a helmet which will make it even tighter. Right now I have about 5-6 inches of head room and I'll loose half of that when the seat is securely mounted and padded.

The base of the windshield is 6 feet from the drivers face, on my Fiesta it's 5 feet. It looks like when everything is in place I should be able to see the ground about 23 feet in front of the vehicle. Not a problem for me, maybe if the driver was 5 feet tall but then the seats rise as they move forward in the tracks so the 6 inch lower eye level, with a 5 footer would be more forward and Just slightly lower. In that case I would just add a couple of inches padding to the bottom of the drivers seat.

regards
Mech
