Ya, I would like to use some 600v 600amp IGBTs. I also have 3 that are 600v 400amp. The funny thing is, the way I did the layout for the new DC controller will be very similar to the layout for the AC controller. The power section will be identical, even down to the 3 U,V,W, with a LEM Hass 300-s on each line. Only the switching scheme will be different. I just need 6 isolated supplies instead of 1.
