So what you're telling me is that if I tap the throttle and rev the engine a tiny bit, that should use less fuel than idling? That is one of the strangest things I have ever heard...I don't have a good enough OBDII scanner to detect this, but I think it might not work on older cars with a less intelligent ECU. My ECU doesn't seem to cut fuel ever below uh, 1300rpm?
