I would second the motion about "Never again"
Many years ago I tried the never again approach to alcoholic beverages and found myself binging to great extreme every few months, then swearing off again and repeat.
I learned my limit and can now enjoy an adult libation with Friends and Family without overindulging.
I think this is better for me, perhaps it will work for you also.
I would hate for you to leave this forum.
To the best I can tell you are the only other Semi mechanic here.
And don't be EOCing in a Semi either.
