Yup, I switch between the 2 every 3 years as the rate creep makes the rate what the other guy was charging. One time they blamed my credit and told me to contact the credit agency. I had other numbers from working at a bank and got to speak to real people. Like you may already know, they report the business is the one who makes the decision, but they blame the credit agencys. They then blamed the 2 non fault accidents I was in. Sure enough they were on my record, but as non fault. DMV said they list all accidents, but they do not count against insurance.
