these guys have a cool tranny calculator tool...

figured out that with stock lx tranny and gearing ( including .702 fifth gear ) , changing my final drive to the VX's final drive of 3.25 will make my 70 mph come out to 2350 rpm (assuming 205/50/15 tires) in fifth gear. thanks again, tony_2018 for a kick in the right direction!!
will the final drive fit my pinion is the next question. I'll read up on it and post back, unless anybody else want to kick me?!?!?
