I had an "at fault" property damage claim (backed into a lady's car in a parking lot) with State Farm in January, 2010. They paid the claim, didn't increase any of my premiums, and still gave me the "accident-free" discount when my next vehicle's policy was up for renewal. And continued to give me that discount.
