State Farm is on my --it list because of the ordeal I had with a loose trailer. A compliant to the BBB resulted in the BBB referring me to a few lawyers regarding the issue. They just paid for the rental car. I ended up calling my insurance progressive. Still they thought me every step. I had to provide photos of my car before the accident, after accident, when arrived at body shop and when it left there and arrived at body shop #2. Due to the hostile work environment the bank was I had all requested photos as Im use to covering my ass, reading my crystal ball, taking photos and other measures to prevent from being dragged under the bus.
They ended up fixing everything and my next bill for 6 month premium went up 200 bucks.
