Yesterday I went to Rivera, an Uruguayan city which borders Brazil, to buy the mothers' day gifts, get drunk, eat some good Uruguayan beef, look at those newer econoboxes they're getting (lots of Indian-made Suzuki cars there, including those with a 3cyl 800cc engine), and I even saw a 3-wheel mini truck.
Since it has a real steering wheel, and in Uruguay it's registered as a car (it would only be legally a motorcycle there if it had a handlebar instead), it might qualify as an eco-car
